He wanted to “make hard work cool again,” to create a shop culture where seriously talented employees would want to work, and to project a shared belief in people helping people.
Jesse wasn’t the only person interested in a more holistic work environment. With his mission firmly in place, JR Metal Works steadily expanded, rapidly outgrowing the small garage as sales doubled year-over-year and the team multiplied to now over 50 manufacturing experts.
